Satara Solapur Mission of MCBS thankfully acknowledges her 25 years of God’s providence. The Silver Year Jubilee of Mission was inaugurated by His Excellency Mar Thomas Elavanal, Bishop of the Eparchy of Kalyan on 14th February 2016 in a prayerful atmosphere.
The occasion was blessed by the presence of Very Rev. Fr. Thomas Pattery (Assistant Superior General), Very Rev. Fr. Dominic Mundatt (Provincial Superior MCBS Emmaus Province), Provincial Councilors, Regional Superiors (MST, VC, MCBS Shimoga mission). This graceful event was witnessed by a congregation of more than 40 priests & faithful of 400. On the occasion the Jubilee Logo was unveiled & jubilee planner was released. The Jubilee year is planned in such a way that each month of the year is arranged with at least one socially relevant activity.
