History
This house, in the Diocese of Pala, was blessed on 14th May 1940. It played an important role in the social, cultural and educational development of the area. During 1973-1993 Mary Matha College rendered great service to the youth of the locality. Rev. Frs. Mathew Paremakel, Cyriac Mannanal, Joseph Edappallikunnel and George Kanatt are resting in the Lord here. A parish was erected and Church was reconstructed and consecrated in 1999. The newly built house was blessed on 21st March, 2005, by the Superior General.
